We sat down today and had an earnest and eye opening conversation on a topic that is rarely openly discussed- Human Trafficking. Sharlene is the founder and Executive Director of Garden Home Ministries. It takes it's name from her personal experiences with human trafficking, drug addiction, Christianity/her faith, restoration, and care of the body, mind and spirit. Disciplines which are needed to tend a garden. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation as we were able to be light hearted and encouraged while dealing with such a traumatic topic.
